We would be ignorant to think that the benefits of ‘Bathing’ or ‘Soaking’ is a recent enlightenment toward natural health. In fact, many cultures have used this method of healing for thousands of years. Take the Traditional Balinese Flower bath for instance - Apart from it’s Instagram worthy beauty the Traditional Flower bath is a mix of flower petals and oils that work to help heal your body and have you feeling more refreshed in both body and mind.
Why you should be soaking if you aren’t already.
Before even adding anything to a bath it is already known to be a relaxing environment in itself. It can help improve your heart health through a warm temperature elevating your pulse giving it a healthy activation and workout. It can also induce a reduction in stress through an initiation of a ‘time out’ from our busy and stressful day to day lives. Ultimately speaking taking the time to do something for you is extremely beneficial to one's mental and physical health. Then with the addition of Natural Remedies to the mix - you have yourself one therapeutic experience.
