How fast are orders processed?
An order placed before 9am will be processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 9am will be processed and shipped out within one business day, unless otherwise advised.


For retail orders delivered to an Australian address:

– Free of charge where the order total is $150 or greater after any discounts or coupons have been applied

– $9.96 Standard Shipping Australia Post e-parcel where the product subtotal is less than $150

– $15 for Express Shipping Australia

Outside Australia:

  • Regular Post (10+ Business days): $21.50
  • Express Post (3-7 Business days): $35.00

What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery takes approximately 2-10 Business days depending on your location and Australia Post.

With Express Post, delivery is next business day for all capital cities within the network (if orders are placed before 9am), and for all other areas, it can be 1-2 days. Please note if you order on a Friday your order won’t be processed until Monday.

Please arrange for delivery to a work address or a trusted person who is home during business hours. Parcel post may be left at the discretion of the post delivery man in your absence, or may be carded for collection at your nearest post office.

A tracking number will be sent to you when the order is dispatched.

OUTSIDE Australia

  • Regular mail with delivery time between 10-21 days depending on where you live.
  • Express delivery with delivery usually between 3-7 business days depending on location.

International taxes/Duties

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Duty and tax thresholds vary from country to country – please check your local customs department for details.

Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.  These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country.  Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.  Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs charges will incur an additional shipping fee.

Please note: Cost of delivery is based on location.

All goods are despatched from Sydney, NSW, Australia and are delivered by Australia Post.

How can I change my delivery address? 
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to this email or if you have not received this please contact us via the contact page. Please note orders are sent daily at 9am Mon – Fri so you will need to have contacted us before this time to make any changes.

We do not guarantee a successful outcome of delivery address changes after order placement, so please take extra care to provide the correct address when you order.


What is your Online Return Policy? 

If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please test any skincare product you purchase on a small area inside your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using. Skin chemistry varies from person to person. Black Chicken Remedies cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, and cannot be held responsible should any occur.

For items that arrive damaged, please email us a photographs within 7 days to [email protected]

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be emailed your store credit information.

Only items purchased on the Black Chicken Remedies website can be returned to us for store credit or exchange. Items purchased in a store, or specialty online retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used or opened items. For unused items (unopened) we also have a 7 days from receipt of items returns policy and can offer a credit note for items returned. For items you would like exchanged the postage cost associated in returning the items to Black Chicken Remedies and redelivering the exchanged items to you are at your expense.

Postage and handling costs to return items to Black Chicken Remedies for a credit note are not covered and are at your expense irrespective of whether or not you received a free shipping offer with that purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
