1. Minimum order spends apply to become a wholesale customer.
  2. Stockist purchases must include a minimum quantity of 3 x 3 individual products from the entire range. Axilla only orders may not be processed.
  3. Stockists must purchase products using our online wholesale customer portal.
  4. New stockists must activate their wholesale account with the minimum spend amount within 3 months of their application being successful.  If a purchase is not made in this time we assume the stockist has changed their mind and the account will be deactivated and closed.  A stockist may reapply after 6 months has lapsed.
  5. Stockists are required to use approved Black Chicken Remedies products images for all their shopping cart needs on their websites and social media. Should Black Chicken Remedies contact you for a request to update images you must do so within 10 business days.
  6. Stockists shall refer to Black Chicken Remedies as Black Chicken Remedies in all lists or mentions, you are not authorised to use any variation of this.
  7. Stockist will pay for freight.
  8. International Duties and taxes: All International Orders will be sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Black Chicken Remedies DO NOT include the cost of the duties and or taxes in your order or shipping charge as these are imposed directly by your local customs authority.
  9. Stockists are responsible for selling products within 18 months of purchase.

  11. When selling online Stockists may sell Black Chicken Remedies products at no less than their recommended retail price. In the event that a Stockist sells Black Chicken Remedies products below Recommended Retail Price so that they promote their business to attract customers who are likely to purchase other goods then Black Chicken Remedies may cease supply to that Stockist.
  12. The stockist, under no circumstances, is to sell or list Black Chicken Remedies products on third party websites without prior written approval from Black Chicken Remedies. Third-party websites include but are not limited to eBay, MyDeal, and Amazon.
  13. All recommended retail prices are incorporated in these terms and conditions as displayed on the Wholesale Customer Portal, and include GST (for Australia customers only).
  14. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
  15. Upon receiving your order and finding damaged stock, email us support@blackchicken.com.auwith images of the damage within 7 days so we can commence the product replacement process.
