Pregnancy safe: Safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All quantities of essential oils are well below the required amounts deemed safe to use whilst pregnant and breastfeeding. We do recommend a patch test as you may be more sensitive when pregnant.

Catnip – Widely known to relax the feline…this distinct plant has sedative properties even on the human, enhancing your mood and relieving stress and anxiety. Belonging to the mint family of herbs, this distinct scent has been researched to be 10 times more effective than the active ingredient in most commercial insect repellents.
