What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery takes approximately 2-10 Business days depending on your location and Australia Post.
Please arrange for delivery to a work address or a trusted person who is home during business hours. Parcel post may be left at the discretion of the post delivery man in your absence, or may be carded for collection at your nearest post office.
A tracking number will be sent to you when the order is dispatched.
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to this email or if you have not received this please contact us via the contact page. Please note orders are sent daily at 9am Mon – Fri so you will need to have contacted us before this time to make any changes.
We do not guarantee a successful outcome of delivery address changes after order placement, so please take extra care to provide the correct address when you order.
Can my parcel be left on my doorstep if I am not at home?
If you request that AusPost leave your parcel unattended if you’re not home (Safedrop) or give Authority To Leave, these options are at your own risk as neither AusPost or Black Chicken Remedies will replace your parcel if it goes missing.
