Our blends are 100% pure and highly concentrated, so we don’t recommend applying them directly to the skin without diluting in a carrier oil.

Yes, our blends are formulated using essential oils at levels well below the amounts deemed safe during pregnancy. However, we always recommend a patch test and checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Are they safe for children?
Yes, in small amounts and with supervision. Some oils are not suitable for very young children, so we recommend diffusing in well-ventilated areas and avoiding direct contact with skin.

Can I use them in a diffuser?
Yes! Our Essential Oil Blends are perfect for use in any ultrasonic or ceramic diffuser. Just add 3–5 drops to your water tank and enjoy.

Are they suitable for use in the bath?
Yes, but always mix the essential oil blend with a carrier oil or bath dispersant first — do not add directly to bathwater as essential oils are not water-soluble and may irritate the skin.
