This product is safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All quantities of essential oils are well below the amounts deemed safe during these times. However, we recommend a patch test as sensitivity can be heightened during pregnancy.

On an empty stomach place 1 cap of oil in the mouth, swish for up to 20 minutes then spit out into the toilet bowl. Do not swallow. Then brush as normal.
