Our Oral Swishing Oil Refill contains the equivalent of three full-size bottles of our much-loved blend. Simply pour it into your clean, dry Oral Swishing Oil bottle and reuse your existing cap for easy measuring.

Formulated with a carefully selected blend of sunflower, coconut, sesame, hemp, castor and avocado oils, it helps lift away buildup, freshen breath and leave teeth and gums feeling beautifully clean. Peppermint, myrrh and cardamom essential oils provide a mild, refreshing flavour that makes oil pulling easier to incorporate into your regular oral care routine.

To refill:

Ensure your original Oral Swishing Oil bottle and cap are completely clean and dry. Carefully pour the refill oil into the bottle and replace the lid securely.

Store the remaining refill pouch tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not introduce water into the bottle or pouch.

To use:

Use on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth.

Pour one capful (1 tbsp) into your mouth and gently swish for up to 20 minutes. Do not swallow. Spit the oil into the toilet or general waste - rather than the sink - to help prevent drain blockages. Brush your teeth as normal.

If you are new to oil pulling, begin with five minutes and gradually increase the time as it becomes more comfortable.

How much product is included?
The refill pouch contains 350ml of Oral Swishing Oil — the equivalent of three 115ml bottles plus a bit extra.

Do I need the original Oral Swishing Oil bottle?
We recommend using the refill with your existing Oral Swishing Oil bottle, as its cap provides a convenient serving measure. Make sure the bottle and cap are thoroughly cleaned and completely dry before refilling.

Is the formula different from the original Oral Swishing Oil?
No. The refill contains the same award-winning Oral Swishing Oil blend you already know and love.

How many uses will I get?
The number of uses will depend on how much oil you use each time. This pouch provides three times the product contained in one standard 115ml bottle.

How often can I use it?
It can be incorporated into your regular morning oral care routine or used several times per week, depending on your preference.

Can I swallow the oil?
No. The oil should be spat out after swishing and must not be swallowed.

Is it suitable for children?
We do not recommend Oral Swishing Oil for children, as they may accidentally swallow it.

Is it vegan?
Yes. Oral Swishing Oil is vegan and cruelty-free.

Is it suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
The essential oils are included at low concentrations. However, individual sensitivity can change during pregnancy, so we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before use if you have any concerns.
