This product is safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All quantities of essential oils are well below the amounts deemed safe during these times. However, we recommend a patch test as sensitivity can be heightened during pregnancy.

On an empty stomach place 1 cap of oil in the mouth, swish for up to 20 minutes then spit out into the toilet bowl. Do not swallow. Then brush as normal.

Is it safe for babies or children?
We wouldn’t recommend it for children as they may accidentally swallow it.

How much should I use?
1 cap of oil on an empty stomach and prior to brushing. Place the cap of oil in the mouth and swish for up to 20 minutes, then spit into the toilet bowl. Do not swallow.
