• Place the personal inhaler tip just below your nostril. Do not insert it into the nostril.
• Close off the other nostril with one finger.
• Slowly inhale to a count of 5 with full awareness of the remedial scents, then slowly exhale.
• Repeat with the other nostril. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times.
• You can use your personal inhaler every 2-3 hours.

How long does a Nasalette™ last?
Each Nasalette™ Essential Oil Inhaler lasts approximately 6 months from the time of opening, depending on frequency of use and storage conditions.

Can I refill my Nasalette™?
Yes! Nasalettes are refillable. You can either:
– Add a few drops of the matching Essential Oil Blend directly into the top hole of the inner inhaler stick.
– Or remove the bottom panel by gently getting your fingernail between the ridged area and the very top part — it will pop off and allow access to the internal wick.

How do I use a Nasalette™?
Hold the Nasalette™ just below your nose and inhale deeply. Repeat as needed throughout the day to enjoy the benefits of the essential oil blend.
