HOW TO USE ME
To ensure maximum effectiveness, give your ICU Intensive Care Eye Serum turn over and shake a few times to ensure the oils are well mixed together.
Then using the applicator gently roll the tip in an outward-rolling motion around the under eye area 2 to 3 times and be sure to lightly pat it afterwards, be sure not to tug or pull the skin. Take care not to get the serum in your eyes or on your eyelids/lashes – as you blink it may travel into your eye.
Extra tip – keep your ICU in the fridge as this is not only feels cooling and refreshing but helps to reduce puffiness.

This eye serum is so good! I noticed a difference after just a few days of using it. Definitely less puffiness around my eyes. Can't say if it's done anything for dark circles, but my eyes are brighter and my skin looks glowing since using it. I find during summer it can make the skin around my eyes a bit oily, so I think less is more during the hot season.
My under-eye area definitely needed the most attention and this ICU serum worked almost instantly - I've been using it ever since 🥰 Sometimes I neglect my face and the first tell-tale...my under eyes!! ICU always comes to the rescue and the very next day - my under-eye area looks hydrated, firmer and smooth. I can't live without ICU 😁

This thing does magic! I have been using it on my under eyes religiously for just over three weeks (and being naughty, so slightly sliding the roller further down) where I have TWO dark-er circles that have been there for years okay... so hear me out.... THEY ARE ALMOST GONE almost almost gone. I wish I took before and after photos to prove it. I'll continue using this serum until they're both completely gone (fingers crossed!)
I apply it to a clean face every night, I wake up to soft and very hydrated under eye area.
